GOLDY SANDHAUS and her husband are the Chabad emissaries to Southern Dutchess County, NY. Together they run Pardess Chabad Farm, a beautiful oasis in Hopewell Junction, where Jewish life and practice are experienced in a wholesome way - with goats, sheep, homemade challah and babaganoush. She is an out-of-the-box educator passionate about Jewish education for all ages, and a busy mom of young children who does not drink coffee. Goldy happens to be very punctual so an 18 minute class will be an 18 minute class, give or take a second or two.
