IMPORTANT: This course is NOT a substitute for professional help, especially if you are a danger to yourself or others, if you are an active substance abuser, or if you're experiencing abuse or violence.

It's a multi-lesson course built on a foundation of Torah and Chassidus that will connect you with your inner disposition of optimism, inner peace and enthusiasm about your life.
You'll untangle from whatever is tying you up inside so you can live your bigger life. You'll be a better friend, a better mentor, a better parent and partner, and more available to the people you love.
WHAT'S MY TIME COMMITMENT?
Dates: Summer 2023, exact dates TBA
Sessions will take place once a week.
Each class should run for about 60 - 90 minutes with additional time available for questions.
To help you truly integrate these life-changing ideas, there will be optional homework assignments between lessons.
WHERE WILL THE LESSONS TAKE PLACE?
Lessons occur on Zoom! Between sessions we'll stay in touch on our private Whatsapp group. You'll get the Zoom and Whatsapp links before the course begins.
