Release the Past: How to move on from events you wish had never happened.

Sunday, September 29, Elul 26 at 4 pm ET

How can I ever forgive my parents - if they would have given me a stable childhood I would be better educated and wealthier today. How can I forgive an abuser? If not for them I’d be confident, self assured and in a healthy relationship today. In this lesson you’ll learn how to let go of a painful past, and more than that - how to mine it for the gifts it gave you.

4 pm ET | 3 pm CT | 2 pm MT | 1 pm PT | 10 am Hawaii | 9 pm UK | Monday 6 am Australia | Monday 8 am New Zealand

Let go of Judgment - What do you do with the storm of feelings toward someone who hurt you?

Sunday, September 29, Elul 26 at 6 pm ET

"Don't be so judgmental". Have you ever heard those words? What do they actually mean? Are you not supposed to be bothered when someone does something terrible? Should you tolerate every and any behavior? How should you feel when you see someone doing the unforgivable?

Testimonials

"For years I've found it very difficult to forgive this surgeon, who (I felt) ruined my health and caused me many painful complications. But what you said Sunday made me realize that there was a reason everything unfolded the way it did and I feel blessed to be where I am now. After your class I sent him a nice note thanking him for having taken my case. I can't believe that after all this time, I feel such peace!"

Shortly before the summer my friend betrayed me so badly I didn't think I'd ever know how to make it right again. I kept trying to bring it up with her but she never had time. A few weeks ago she messaged me that she has time to talk now and I realized - I don't even need to any more! After taking this class, my mindset is so different I haven't even been thinking about the situation anymore!
