Travel, Accommodations & Cost
Flying? Book your flight into JFK or LGA. Plan to arrive in Crown Heights for Session 1, Monday, September 16 by 4 and Session 2, Thursday, September 19 by 4 pm.
Departure for Session 1 any time on Thursday September 19 and Session 2 any time on September 22, depending on how much time you want to spend in Crown Heights.
To get from the airport to Crown Heights, a taxi is your best option (better than uber or lyft). To share a ride with another participant, contact us and we'll pair you up.
If you live within driving distance, be in touch with us for the address to use as your destination.
Choose your accommodations.
The group will be staying together in a beautiful, new condo complex, just a short walk to the the heart of Crown Heights with its many shops and restaurants. Each condo is fully equipped with modern amenities.
There are 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos.
Each 1-bedroom condo has 3-4 beds and a full bathroom. (Bedroom: 2 single beds, Living Room: 2 bed hi-rise or 1 king sofa)
Each 3 bedroom condo has 7-8 beds and 2 full bathrooms. (Bedroom 1: 2 singles; Bedroom 2: 2 singles; Bedroom 3: 2 single; Living Room: 1 king sofa.
You may choose to book a private condo for yourself.
Options are available to extend your stay before and after the retreat. Please make a note on your application form.

Program Fee
The program rate for the full 7 day retreat is $1500, or $750 per 4 day session.
These rates includes all classes and workshops, meals and snacks, activities and transportation to the Ohel with this group.
Accommodation Fee
A shared room at My Crown Stay condos is $360 ($60/night) for both sessions or $180 for one session
A private condo at My Crown Stay condos is $1200 ($200/night) for both sessions or $600 for one session.
Options are available to extend your stay on either end of the retreat.
